Dwell AJC (A Jesus Community) is a body of Christ located in Henderson, NV, and was birthed in answer to God's calling for an Ekklesia that will take back the gates of influence in the spheres of Family, Education, Government, Business, Arts & Entertainment, and Media. We Disciple, Worship, Evangelize, Lead, and Love to fulfill the mandate given to us by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20.

We are part of Harvest International Ministry (HIM) under Dr. Ché Ahn.

Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

What We Believe

We believe in one true God, revealed in the Trinity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ, who, as eternal God, came to earth, took on flesh, and lived among His creation.
We believe that Jesus Christ was born of the Virgin Mary, lived, was crucified, died, buried, and rose from the dead after three days and ascended into Heaven, where He now sits at the right hand of the Father.
We believe the Bible is the only inspired, inerrant Word of God, and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, whose integrity has been preserved through the ages.
We believe that a person can receive eternal life by accepting the Grace of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins through faith in Him and His perfect and final atonement on the cross.
We believe in the Final Judgement of believers and the lost, and the bodily return of Jesus Christ.
We believe in the Sacraments as directed by our Lord Jesus in the Scriptures: Water Baptism, as a public demonstration of faith in Jesus Christ, and Holy Communion.
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the expression of all the gifts of the Spirit as valid and relevant for today as well as apostolic ministry, prophetic ministry, women in ministry, renewal in the Holy Spirit, and worldwide revival or awakening in the end times.

Why we Meet as a House Church

We believe we are currently called to operate as a house church following the model of the Church in Acts.

We meet every Saturday at 5:30 PM for Potluck Dinner, and then at 6:30 PM we worship, receive Communion, and hear the Word. We finish at 8:30 PM.

Dr. Howell Shaw

Founding Pastor

Dr. Howell is the Founding Pastor of Dwell AJC, a Micro-church in the Government Mountain in Clark County, NV. After graduating from Stanford University and serving Silicon Valley Tech companies in the area of Design and Corporate Identity for over two decades, the Lord led him into coaching tennis and teaching Math and Science. His passion for the Government Mountain was awakened during the 2020 Presidential Race, and he became a Constitution Coach and continues to teach America’s Founding Documents to all ages. The Lord also revealed to him how the Church, being misled by the enemy in regards to the true meaning of “separation of church and state” had abandoned her commission to “disciple all nations” by abdicating her role as Gatekeeper in the gates of influence at the top of the Seven Mountains of Cultural Influence: Faith, Family, Education, Government, Business, Arts and Entertainment, and Media. His current calling is to assist the Ekklesia to return to those positions of influence in order to restore our Culture to how God had intended it to be: On earth as it is in Heaven. Dr. Howell was given the privilege of delivering the invocation at Donald J Trump's Rally in Las Vegas on Friday 9/13/24.

Nina Y. Shaw

Co-Pastor

Nina is Dr. Howell's better half. She has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master's in Practical Ministry. Her YouTube channel is youtube.com/@KingJesus. She is also an artist, and her art can be found on her website ninayangshaw.com. She is a mother to two college-aged children, whom she homeschooled through middle school.
